Here is an insight into the type of works we have completed since the company began trading.

Dovecote Lane, Beeston, Nottingham

Site consisting of 62 dwellings. Mid Civils were tasked with completing the Groundworks on this project this included Strip foundations, Block and Beam floors, Drainage works including attenuation tanks, Section 38 works and completing the project with soft and hard landscaping

Oakleys Road, Long Eaton

48 Dwellings built on ring beam foundations installed by Mid Civils. Other works included Installation of piling mats, plot drainage internal and external, section 38 works and phase 2 works including landscaping.

Swaddale Avenue, Chesterfield

We began this project with a strip, cut and fill of the existing land. We then installed new 25 manholes to allow drainage diversions some of which we had to complete while the drains were still live. Once the drains were in we moved onto new road construction and completed the 278 works for a site entrance. We then began the works for 26 new dwellings including foundations, construction up to damp proof course and the required plot drainage. We then returned to complete phase 2 works which including all paving and landscaping.

Dove Garage, Ashbourne, Derbyshire

A site with a number of challenges due to its closeness to the Brook. 35 new dwellings built on ring beam, Mats installed by Mid Civils. Further works included plot drainage, construction of plots up to damp course. Then returning for stage 2 handovers and finishing works.

Lake Terrace, Melton, Leicestershire

94 new dwellings. Ring Beam foundations with mats installed by Mid Civils.

Further works included Jet flooring internal and external pot drainage, construction of plots up to damp course. Completing phase 2 works of hard and soft landscaping alongside.
